LCA Staff is available to sign Contract Documents at your convenience.  This service is complimentary for all LCA members.  The Fee is $60.00+gst for non-members.

Please ensure that the individual who has signed the document be present when LCA staff commissions document.

Blueprint copier and PDF Scanner

  • Print hard copies of blueprints
  • Scan hard copy blueprints into electronic pdf files
  • Send pdfs to be printed into hard copies
  • Reduce or enlarge blueprints
  • Scan and write hard copy blueprints onto a memory stick/card.
  • No set up fees
